The ITALPROPERTY project grew out of our earlier professional practice in law, taxation, and cross-border consulting.

Working with non-resident clients in Italy, we saw that individual services like legal advice, technical expertise, or brokerage rarely solve the full problem when they remain disconnected.
We therefore built a client-side advisory model based on collaboration with carefully selected Italian professionals who have been tested in real transactions.
The purpose is not to replace specialists, but to coordinate them within a single framework that reflects the client’s objectives, budget, and risk tolerance.
Our clients come with different intentions: a family home used a few weeks a year, a rental asset, or a small development project.

In every case the starting point is the same: an investor making decisions in a foreign jurisdiction who needs clarity rather than promotion.

Around this approach we engage licensed realtors, architects, engineers, geometri, and tax advisors experienced with international clients.
They operate within defined mandates coordinated through us, allowing projects to move forward with consistent communication and documentation instead of fragmented direct contracting.
